     I grew up in Calgary, Alberta, enjoying the mountain views and fresh air with my family. Everyone I know and love lives here and by the time I could walk I was creating as much as possible! I love making art and was especially inspired by anime, Disney, Don Bluth and other hand drawn animations as a child. When I started High School I was accepted into the Advanced Placement Art program where I was kept busy for hours on end, creating to my heart’s content. I’d have to say my favorite thing to draw is characters, it always fuels my creativity making up a backstory when I draw. I also really love table top gaming and play as often as I can with my family and friends. I am also a long time World of Warcraft player and draw inspiration from its fantasy settings.
 

     As much as I love all around animation, my passion lies with 2D. I hope to further my skills in the industry and with any kind of concept and illustration work. My dream would to be the head art director on a hand drawn production, beautifully done (like The Prince of Egypt), with stylized CG backgrounds, and one day my dream will be reality :)
